Id say 0.8 to 1 USD per diamond, though you may want to lower them as time goes on

Of course it is. Diamonds anyway. The potential to make money is immense. However, if you are setting up a company in vAus (as a lot of people are due to the High Diamonds), you will find yourself short of a workforce. vAus is tiny compared to the vUSA, so there are a very limited number of workers at the moment.

Correct. Communes are providing weapons for hospital and commune-workers.

Which means that you get more from working in a commune than workign in a company on it's own.

Doubt it. If they want to work in a commune, just join the military. It's not that taxing.
