Cool, I think they reset us all to 100 wellness. Probably did something else too, because it would be an embarrassment to have spent 48 hours solely changing some numbers around.

It appears that one of the changes admin made during the downtime was to reset the game clock to Greenwich Mean Time. I'm going to miss the convenience of having midnight in real life coincide with day change in vPop. Perhaps of more importance, this will make it difficult for our military to organise day change mass attacks (allows you to fight twice when your enemy doesn't expect it, since you can put down one set of hospital fights at 23:59 and they won't have opportunity to react for a short time until the next day, by which time you'll have a new set of fights) once that sort of thing starts becoming relevant, since many American players (especially those towards the west of the country) will still be at work/school during day change.

I actually disagree with that. The GMT Time gives all US people a HUGE advantage. Our server changes from 3 (Hawaii) to 8 (Eastern) PM. That means that most of us will be awake, but I'm sure it won't be a huge effort to take 5 seconds to tap fight and heal. As opposed to, say, Serbia, when the change is at 3-5 in the morning of whatnot.

Wait, they changed it again? Because I swear, when it first came back online, it was set so that day change would be at 1 PM Hawaii and 6 PM Eastern. In any case, I suppose it ultimately depends on how many of us can be bothered to check vPop at work, school, etc.

I think the only reasonable explanation is not that the game clock is changing, but rather that our consciousnesses are traveling through time and vPopulus is actually the temporal constant in our lives.
